    This photo brings back memories of my grandmother, and then my mother, grinding up spices by hand as they made biryani. Beautiful photo!

    This was my fav. photograph for this series of the B&W. Love the sepia tone and the beautiful vintage feel. (the apple pic in the last post and for Dario's contest is such a spontaneous photograph with warm touch.. another of my fave!)
